Legends & Details
These two temples, located close to each other, are often counted as one Divya Desam. Thiruvali is famous for its Lakshmi Narasimha shrine, where the Lord is believed to have been pacified by Lakshmi after slaying Hiranyakashipu. Thirunagari is where Lord Ranganatha is believed to have given darshan to Thirumangai Alvar and his wife Kumudavalli.
